SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard delivery 10 EUR. We ship your order within 24 hours. After that it takes 2-7 workdays within the EU.

RETURNS

Email us at info@iconestudios.com, and we will provide a return shipping label. Please use the original packaging in which the item was sent. The processing time for returns is up to 7 workdays.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a right of withdrawal for 30 days. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the item. The item should be in a sellable condition with any seals intact. You may not use it, but you can carefully examine it. In case of using the right of withdrawal, the entire purchase amount, including shipping will be refunded. 

COMPLAINTS

To make a complaint, please contact us at info@iconestudios.com, and we will assist you with your case. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, non-delivery by subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and similar events beyond our control and unforeseeable shall be considered force majeure.
